Position will require floating within the Wake Region:

Education & Certification Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program orAccredited school of nursingBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificationPreferred: Certification in Surgical Technology3 years of experience strongly preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures quality patient care, safety, and advocacy through critical thinking, anticipation and management of case specific needs, under direct supervision of the RN.Ensures complete, accurate and timely care, cleanliness and management of instruments, equipment and supplies.Communicates to the team, co-workers and patients in an effective, positive and professional manner.
