Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare:  + Competitive compensation + Medical insurance benefit plan + 401K + Sick leave accrual Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): + Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures. + Maintain a sterile environment and sterilize all instruments before surgery. + Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and assist with various tasks. + Count and manage sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures. + Help position and drape patients appropriately for surgery. + Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
