A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a driven Surgical Sales Specialist to grow our Core Surgical portfolio across the (UAE) United Arab Emarits. This is a great opportunity to work with innovative surgical technologies, build strong hospital relationships, and accelerate your career in MedTech sales.

This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UAE to support hospital accounts and drive sales growth. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires strong sales reporting skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Identify new business opportunities within government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, and specialty clinics.Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.Proven sales track record in the UAE healthcare marketStrong sales, negotiation, and territory management skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused

Required Knowledge and Experience:

2–4 years of experience in the MedTech industry, specifically in Surgical/OR productsBachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or Life SciencesValid UAE , United Arab Emarits driving licenseExpertise in Micro-soft programs Excel, PowerPoint
