Baxter Healthcare Corporation is excited to announce an opening for the position of Supt, Warehouse in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless operation of our warehouse, maintaining high standards, and striving for continuous improvement. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide daily support and advice to employees in receiving and production areas. Ensure the team understands and performs tasks to keep the warehouse running efficiently to defined metrics and standards.Carry out receiving tasks, distribute materials to assigned locations, and provide materials to production or associated areas.Define ways to manage receiving, storing, and tracking materials, acceptance status, exact inventory positioning, and the allocation of materials to production areas.Maintain the warehouse’s integrity by auditing or performing cycle counts. Ensure accurate entries into the inventory system. Notify the Cost Accounting and Planning Departments of discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.Establish and maintain a part location system to ensure the timely location of stock.Seek ways to minimize the total physical effort and cost of moving materials in and out of the warehouse.Lead problem-solving initiatives to promote waste reduction throughout the operation.Optimize space utilization within the warehouse.Manage transportation resources effectively.Connect metrics and targets to True North standards.Determine and manage resources to support material and human operations, ensuring high efficiency, safety, and integrity of personnel and facilities.Be proficient in OMS.

Job RequirementsOutstanding leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Ability to manage and optimize space and transportation resources.Proficiency in inventory management systems and OMS.Solid understanding of SOPs and experience in developing and maintaining them.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
