Position Overview: Always Best Care of Fairfax is seeking care professionals who are supportive and gentle to work in the Reston area with a wonderful couple. The primary client will be the husband who needs support with a number of ADLs, but the couple will require support with IADLs (such as cooking meals, laundry, transportation). Primary Responsibilities: * Ambulation and Transfer Support * Provide personal care tailored to the needs of the client, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.) * Escort the client to medical appointments and other errands * Collaborate closely with family members, healthcare professionals, and other care professionals to maintain a consistent and high-quality continuum of care Qualifications: * Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) with active license in the state of Virginia preferred; also open to experienced HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care AIde) * Experience caring for individuals in need of ambulation support * Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation * Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach * Experience working in a community with other health care professionals Caregiver Benefits: * Competitive pay * Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities * Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile for client-related travel Join our team and make a difference in the lives of others!
