Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Administrative Department as a Support Services Specialist / Invoicing Specialist.
Would you like to gain valuable experience in an international company? We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative work, working with numbers, and using internal systems.
This position is part of the ABB Operations Center in Ostrava, within the Process Automation division. The center provides engineering services for units across Europe and employs more than 500 people. It also includes a supply chain management hub. The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Administrative Department in Ostrava
You will be mainly accountable for:
Calculate costs and issue invoices
Process internal timesheets
Communicate with customers, primarily in English
Close and process employee attendance records
Work with SAP and other internal systems
Book flight tickets
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications for the role
You have a high school or university degree
You speak English fluently (B1 level or above)
You have user-level knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
You are a team player
You are detail-oriented, thorough, and responsible
