In addition, work in a diverse, collaborative environment that values respect, integrity, and teamwork.** *What You'll Do:* Responsible for supporting and maintaining end user computer systems and peripherals, both on site and remote, while maintain/meeting team service level agreements. This includes both physical and virtual desktop environments.** *Key Responsibilities:* · Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of simple to moderate desktop operating system and application issues. · Interact with infrastructure services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct issues. · Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end user hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels. · Construct, install, and test simple to moderate customized application packages for deployment to end user systems. · Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment. · Coordinate with third-party support and PC equipment vendors to identify and resolve issues when required. *Education & Credentials:* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field; or a combination of post-high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.** *Experience:* 2 or more years technical experience supporting end user devices. *Technical Skills:* · Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems. · Strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Sharepoint. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop usage and administration. · Working knowledge of ticketing systems, such as Fresh Service or ServiceNow. · Basic understanding of corporate networking.
