Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Support Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Support Engineer 3, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting critical incident management and customer escalation resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Duration:** 18 Months on W2
**Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour + Benefits & PTO**
**M-F 40 hrs/week**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage and resolve high-priority customer escalations impacting Microsoft’s strategic clients, including government and enterprise accounts.
+ Coordinate internal and external resources to drive timely resolution of critical issues.
+ Interface with various teams within Microsoft to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
+ Mentor and guide support teams to improve incident management processes and customer satisfaction.
+ Participate in 24x7 coverage schedules to ensure continuous support and escalation handling.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, specifically in customer support or incident management.
+ Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Azure, Office, AI, and Security solutions is a plus.
+ U.S. citizenship with a valid U.S. passport or Real ID for verification purposes.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
