Support Analyst - Data Center
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center operations industry, is seeking a **Support Analyst - Data Center** to join their team. As a **Support Analyst - Data Center** , you will be part of the IT Process and Standards (ITPS) team supporting global datacenter operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:Support Analyst - Data Center** **Location: Redmond, WA - Remote** **Pay Range:** **$56.22 - $61.86 on Experis (Benefits and PTO)** **Hardskills:** 1. Break-Fix Operations / Ticketing System Management Minimum: 5 years experience managing ticket systems or break-fix operations in IT environments. 2. Prioritization Logic & Change Management Minimum: 5 years experience handling prioritization frameworks, logic updates, and coordinating with technical teams for implementation. 3.
