***This position will be physically located at Clark Air Base in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under the supervision of the Supply Manager, the Supply Supervisor is responsible for assisting with daily logistics operations to include performing technical supply management work (e.g., functional area supervision, workload management, research and professional writing) related to other logistics activities. Supervise, mentor and guide subordinate AN and/or LN staff. Ensure the SSA maintains compliance IAW established regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing guidelines, applicable to military doctrine, CDRLs and PWS
Responsibilities

+ Using a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems (GCSS-Army), programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines, and an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced, applies analytical ability to defineand take appropriate supply action basedupon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
+ Supervise all Supply processes and procedures to ensure they are IAW the performance work statement (PWS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI), Army regulations, DA Pamphlets, Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) andlocal requirements forthe handling, receipt and turn in of supplies and UBL parts and repair parts; maintain compliance IAW AG Cleaning standards, policies and procedures
+ Assists Supply Managerin planning and coordinating workloads to optimize use of resources to include personnel, equipment, tools and facilities.
+ Ensure accuracy of stocks and reports, and proper procedure for turn-in/item returns (defective or incorrect items)
+ Assist Supply Managerwith program and procedure effortsto meet normaland contingency mission requirements.
+ Assists the Supply Manager as they prepare, analyzeand brief reportsas required. Recommend solutions to problems indicated by analysis of trends, indicators, potential problems or those identified by management and/or the government.
+ Ensures all required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
+ Monitors the Shelf Lifeand COSIS program.
+ Provides supervision of all day-to-day logistics operations.
+ Works in conjunction withother departments to accomplish allrequired tasks.
+ Evaluate work performance of the employees to ensure theyare within compliance of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all regulations pertaining to their assigned duties.
+ Ensure all employees are always in compliance with established SafetyPolicies and Regulations.
+ Ensure safeguarding of all Armyproperty and equipment.
+ Mentor and counsel employees; implement Work Performance Training when required.
+ Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
+ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Clearance/License:
+ A valid Driver’s License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines.
+ Must be able to maintain USG Network access & CAC card privilege(s).
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level clearance
+ Experience:
+ Minimum of 6 years’ specialized work experience in supply operations. Must have served in position of increased responsibility encompassing program planning and supervisory duties and responsibilities. (Supply Supervisor and above experience is mandatory)
+ Minimum of 3 Years’ experience with equivalent civilian program is required.
+ At least 5 Years’ working experience in GCSS Army is mandatory
+ Military MOS 92A, Automated Logistical Specialist work experience desired.
+ 40-hr G-Army SSA and Warehouse certification preferred.
+ Skills:
+ Must have working knowledge of Supply Support Activities (SSA) operations
+ Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations knowledge is preferred
+ Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and storage requirements to meet compatibility of products based on hazard class is required.
+ Leadership and management skills, including professional demeanor, are required.
+ Strong interpersonal skills are required.
+ Ability to exercisediscretion and good judgement are required.
+ Ability to prioritize responsibilities to handle a demandingworkload is required.
+ Attention to detail with a high degreeof accuracy is required.
+ Advance ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form is required.
+ High-level organizational and planning skills, so workflow is managed, and accuracy is required.
+ Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and ALL Microsoft applications is required.
+ Must be able to learn and operate ARMY AIS systems
+ Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for managing personnel work hours, includinguse of overtime for mission requirements and what’s in the best interest of Vectrus.
+ Working Conditions:
+ Indoor/outdoor environment with very adverse challenging conditions (i.e., heat, humid, and extremely wet/rainy environment with average temperatures of 65 degrees in the winter and 95 degrees in the summer months). Includes an industrial product producing environment as well.
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Must be physically capableof lifting 40 pounds a vertical distanceof four feet as well as carrying the weight a horizontal distance of 25 feet.
+ May be required to work a non-standard work schedule whichincludes nights, weekendsand/or holidays, extended hours and evenings, as mission requires.
+ Must maintain a professional appearance
+ Must observeall safety, security,fire, environmental, and health requirements for Retrograde/ Warehouse Operations and outside environment.
+ May potentially work with or in areaswhere there is potential exposureto physical, chemical or biological agents.
+ Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes but is not limited to. head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices
