Supply Specialist-Central Dist

Responsible for performing various activities in Central Distribution in the distribution of equipment and supplies throughout the Health System.
Performs the delivery of supplies and equipment to various areas within the Medical Center.
Cleans equipment after each patient use.
Stocks Pyxis machines.
Inspects all equipment and supplies upon receipt and prior to delivery.
Demonstrates high standards of customer service.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience: No experience required.
Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 – 100lbs. May be exposed to vibrations, chemicals, noise, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
The starting base rate for this role is $15.00 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
