Supply Planning Platform Manager

You will lead a large supply planning team responsible for External Manufacturers (EMs) and Copackers in NWE BU. You will ensure that mid- to long-term supply plans are in place for your EMs and Copackers in line with approved business plans. You will play a critical role through your leadership in connecting teams, plans and stakeholders to deliver business results.

How you will contribute

Lead, manage, coach and develop a large geographically dispersed supply planning team of 17 across different locations building strong engagement and succession

Create a high-performance team culture through effective communication, talent development and inclusive leadership

Manage short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvals

Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) delivering service levels, finished goods inventories at or below target levels, meeting waste objectives and other functional KPIs

Actively manage the relationship with internal and external manufacturing, procurement, commercial, and replenishment functions to deliver the goals

Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-term plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system tools

Be part / lead supply meetings including Monthly Supply Reviews with EMs, BUCLSRs and ensure process governance and standardization across local copacking

Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve service levels, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

What you will bring

Proven experience leading and developing large teams, ideally across multiple sites or locations

Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG environment

Strong people leadership skills, including coaching performance management and build effective teams

Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan

Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems

Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle

Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
