You will be responsible for production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. You will conduct mid- and long-term planning through finite scheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations, suppliers, and demand to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally
Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans by using system tools
Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
Support KSA replenishment by preparing the weekly MATCO coverage file and providing long term planning view to manage constraints

What you need to know about this position:
Supply planner, GCBM and Candy, PK has to manage the generation of replenishment and production forecasting information for Hub sites ensuring accuracy of information and timeliness of publication and ensuring that mid- to long-term supply plan is in line with business plans. Optimize inventory across the supply chain.

Requires a degree in Supply chain, Engineering.
Supply chain certification is a plus
Job specific requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in the Supply chain, preferably in planning.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP APO,
Analytical skills in the tracking, reconciliation of data and development of Management Reporting to facilitate informed Business Decision Making.
Numerate and Technical skills to ensure robustness and integrity of the high volume of data produced.
Deliver cash, cost and service levels in line with targets
Change Management skills
Communication Skills and Team Player characteristics.
