Take ownership of end-to-end supply planning
Royal Canin specialises in highly tailored nutritional products for your cat or dog's needs
12-Month Full-Time Contract | Melbourne (Onsite + Hybrid)
Royal Canin, where everything we do is driven by one purpose: making a better world for pets.
We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join our ANZ Supply Chain team on a 12-month full-time contract.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations — balancing supply and demand, keeping inventory flowing, and partnering closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
You’ll collaborate closely with local, regional, and global Royal Canin teams, along with 3PL partners.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your decisions make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply planning, including:
Own supply plans, purchase orders, and inventory levels
Deliver rolling supply forecasts using supply planning tools (e.g. FuturMaster)
Manage inbound sea freight across ANZ
Monitor inventory health and proactively mitigate out-of-stock risks
Prepare and present key supply and service performance reports
Partner with Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing through regular supply reviews
Support NPD launches, transitions, and product lifecycle changes
Drive continuous improvement through analysis and smarter ways of working
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
3+ years’ experience in supply planning, ideally within an import-led supply chain
A degree or diploma in Supply Planning, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience using non-Excel planning tools (e.g. FuturMaster)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Solid understanding of inventory management, S&OP, and KPIs
Confidence working in cross-functional, customer-facing environments
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI dashboards
A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Why Royal Canin
Purpose-led work that genuinely improves pet health and wellbeing
Exposure to local, regional, and global supply chain networks
A collaborative, inclusive culture that values curiosity and continuous improvement
The opportunity to make an impact in a highly visible role
If you’re passionate about supply planning, love working with data and stakeholders, and want to be part of a business that truly cares — we’d love to hear from you.
