Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to supplier and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortage.   ** What you will do:** + Plan the purchasing of assigned direct material and issue orders specifying all terms and conditions. + Track the delivery of all items and keep order datesaccuratein the system to react to past due supply chain orders. + Place purchase orders andexpeditedelivery of materials toassurereceiptin accordance withproduction program requirementsformapproved requisitions. + Maintain purchasing and planning ERP order parameters. + Establish professional relationships with suppliers and work closely with them to ensuregood communicationand up-to-date data alignment regarding MOQ’s and Lead times for assigned materials.  + Scheduleagreementsexecution and data governance maintenance. + Assure that problems relating to delivery,pricingand invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolvedin a timely mannerper standard procedures to avoid material shortages. + Price discrepancy GRIEF resolution. + Monitor inventory levels, consumption, and shortages; take corrective actions as needed + Follow up on supplier commitments, lead times, and shipment status **Degree Requirement** Bachelor’s degree in international business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related degree.
