We’re looking for a motivated and influential Supply & Demand Planning Manager who is passionate about driving forecasting excellence, improving inventory performance, and leading high‑performing planning teams in a dynamic, matrix environment.

About the role:

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the full spectrum of market supply and demand planning processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice execution. You will champion SIOP, drive exceptional service levels, optimise inventory strategies, and collaborate closely with commercial, quality, regulatory, fulfilment and global planning teams.

You will also lead and develop a team of key planning professionals spanning demand planning, inventory, market planning, and master data.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute robust supply management strategies that support business and supply chain goals

Lead country/cluster SIOP and Operating Review meetings

Guide demand and supply review processes, ensuring alignment across functions

Set the direction for inventory planning and optimisation

Monitor and mitigate supply exceptions, proactively resolving issues

Communicate supply constraints, risks and opportunities across key stakeholders

Maintain master data integrity within JDE

Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve planning processes, service levels, and cost efficiencies

Manage, coach, and develop a diverse planning team

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration

Experience & Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on demand and/or supply planning

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related discipline

APICS certification (preferred)

Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes within a complex, matrix organisation

Experience leading and developing planning teams

Technical & Professional Skills

Deep knowledge of planning, inventory management, and service‑level trade‑offs

Advanced expertise with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and APS tools (Kinaxis preferred)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive
