Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:

Supply Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

Plan and order oil distillates and its components (including but not limited with, diesel fuels, gasoline, aviation fuel, LPG, fuel additives and bio components) for the different Circle K markets

Prepare monthly fuel volumes orders and schedule a shipping plan (rail cars/vessels)

Stock management and primary logistics handling from refinery to depots and terminals

Maintain operational stock levels at Circle K and partner depots

Track stock levels and product availability on terminals (KPIs)

Operational communication with Circle K internal and external vendors and customers (product suppliers, distribution, terminal operations and other stakeholders)

Operational maintenance of contracts; Purchase orders, Sales, Exchange and other agreements

Improve and harmonize processes and tools

Run & control predefined analysis and reporting

Participate in relevant improvement projects

Main Requirements:

University degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Operational experience from handling primary or secondary logistics is an advantage

Good communication skills in combination with fluent English language

Organized, goal-oriented and proactive personality

Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset

Advanced user of MS Office
