And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **About the role** Our Logistic team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Supply Chain department of 15 people and focuses on transport operation in collaboration with logistics teams, plant supply chain and operations teams, third-party logistics providers, transformation leadership and data & reporting stakeholders. As a Supply Chain Transformation Trainee, you will work on ensuring continuity and momentum of key logistics and supply-chain transformation initiatives to support logistics operations, industrial plants, performance management and digital reporting. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation projects and have a positive impact on the Solvay Group. You will be accountable for: + Wave System & Logistics Coordination: Maintain and regularly update the Wave system in close collaboration with the logistics teams; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational realities and act as a key interface between logistics operations and transformation governance. + KPI & Performance Management: Lead the KPI project related to logistics and supply chain performance; review and analyze 3rd-party logistics (3PL) performance together with plants; prepare and facilitate performance review meetings with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities and track action plans. + Power BI Reporting & Analytics: Update, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports; enhance data visualization, clarity, and usability for operational and management audiences and support standardization of reporting and performance metrics. + Logistics Project Support: Follow up and support the STAR (optimization and standardization) Logistics transformation project; track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; coordinate with internal stakeholders (plants, logistics, supply chain, IT where relevant) and ensure consistency with defined standards, processes, and ways of working. We offer an internship (6 months) contract based on hybrid working mode. **About you** Relevant education degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. Competencies: + Fluency in English (Italian or French are a plus) + Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes + Solid Power BI skills (data modeling, dashboards, KPIs) and being comfortable working with structured project governance and tools Behaviors: + Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills + Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic environment **About the pay** Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined according to Solvay’s policy for internships. The base pay expected for this role is: + € 800 per month in Italy + € 350 per month in Belgium Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes other incentives.
