Supply Chain Analyst

About the RoleOur client is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team and support expanding operations—including a new facility in Detroit Lakes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about optimizing supply chain performance through smart data analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business needs and system performance to implement technology-driven solutions across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment.Use BI tools and Excel to extract, clean, and analyze data to support pricing strategies and improve competitiveness.Spend approximately 30% of your time identifying discrepancies and supporting warehouse operations, including the launch of a new Detroit Lakes facility.Develop and maintain KPIs to measure procurement and warehouse effectiveness, considering vendor discounts and freight terms.Collaborate with inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and warehouse teams to drive operational improvements.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce overhead.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain.Strong ERP experience (Infor CloudSuite, Epicor Prophet21, Oracle NetSuite).Familiarity with warehouse management/logistics software.Industry experience in building-related sectors (no manufacturing).Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools.Why Join Our ClientOur client is a well-established leader in the wholesale distribution of HVAC, plumbing, and industrial products, with over 85 years of industry experience and 15+ locations nationwide. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
