Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and support purchasing activities that align with production and customer demand. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with operations to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
Execute purchasing activities to support production and customer demand.Place and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.Support material and production planning across approximately 300 part numbers.Monitor demand and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.Collaborate with Operations and leadership to align supply with production needs.Maintain accurate data in ERP systems, including NetSuite and Oracle.Track open orders, lead times, and follow up with suppliers.Utilize Excel and Microsoft tools for planning, purchasing, and reporting.Assist with continuous improvement of purchasing and planning processes.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, small company environment.Essential Skills
Experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory planning.Proficiency in NetSuite and Oracle.Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.Comfortable working in a growing organizationJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
