We are seeking a versatile Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end operations, from purchasing to production coordination and customer delivery.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders and coordinate with production to meet deadlines.Place purchase orders and manage inventory levels.Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate timelines.Analyze data to prevent supply chain disruptions.Support pricing, budgeting, and database setup.Assist with JIT deliveries, accounting, and quality concerns.Own three small customer accounts and support larger ones collaboratively.Essential Skills
Experience in purchasing, shipping, and receiving.Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling coordination.Strong logistics, supply chain, and procurement skills.Experience in buying, purchase orders, and inventory management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong negotiation skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain preferred).0–3 years’ experience; leadership or project work accepted.Strong multitasking and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills; confident presenting to customers.Solid math and problem-solving skills.Work Environment
This position involves a direct placement with a hybrid schedule, working Monday through Friday. Initially, you will train onsite for 5 days a week for 2-4 weeks. After training, you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, transitioning to 4 days onsite and 1 day at home starting September 4th. The work location is a corporate site that supports various business functions, including steel and aluminum processing, warehousing, auto parts distribution, logistics, and corporate services. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
