We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive cost savings initiatives, lead supplier risk mitigation strategies and, overall, elevate the supply chain team! Does this sound like you?
Responsibilities:
Lead formal supplier reviews and corrective action plansDevelop supplier risk mitigation strategies and sourcing strategies aligned with business goalsIdentify and execute cost-saving initiatives through negotiation and efficiency improvementsImplement inventory reduction strategies (e.g., VMI, consignment)Participate in SIOP planningOwn supplier scorecards and ensure data integrity in pricing, lead times, and complianceServe as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projectsProvide market insights and support engineering, sales, and operationsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials planningExperience in regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong multitasking, negotiation, and strategic sourcing skillsERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAPICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is preferredMedical device industry background is preferredExperience with supplier performance reviews and cost reduction initiativesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.
