We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Scheduler / Supply Chain Planner to join our manufacturing operations team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient production schedules using MRP systems, aligning supply chain activities with demand forecasts, and ensuring timely availability of materials and resources. The ideal candidate will bring a strong experience in supply chain planning, deep knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of MRP, JIT, Lean, TOC, and S&OP methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Experience with demand-driven MRP strategies.
Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives and change management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
