This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Planning of production orders while utilizing all machine and mold capacities + Optimization of the use and maintenance of the planning system + Identifying backlogs and developing solutions + Creation and modification of master data, routings, and bills of materials in SAP + Documentation and scheduling of future tools and machines + Development of key performance indicators and participation in monitoring the cost budget + Planning and coordination of logistics tasks and their interfaces + Improvement of workflows and interface processes, including with regard to reporting **Education** + Completed studies in business/engineering with a focus on logistics, or solid commercial/technical training with experience in production planning / work preparation **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Good IT skills (MS Office), SAP skills (PP, MM, SD) + SAP S/4 HANA knowledge desirable + Strong organizational and planning skills + Analytical thinking and action + Commitment, flexibility, and dedication + Assertiveness and results orientation + A high level of team and customer orientation + Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken West is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
