The Supply Chain Engineer will be responsible for driving strategic logistics planning, leading innovation initiatives, and developing automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance overall supply chain performance. This role focuses on end‑to‑end logistics optimization, digital transformation, and execution of strategic improvement projects in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Role Definition
• Performs analysis to identify and develop business improvement opportunities and to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of the opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities.
• Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
• Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets.
• Developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.
Degree & Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Background working within supply chain, logistics, or technology manufacturing settings.
• Ability to lead or support strategic logistics and automation initiatives.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders.
• Comfort working with data, digital tools, and process‑improvement methodologies.
Nice‑to‑Have
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or logistics innovation projects.
• Exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain optimization or network design.
• Experience with international logistics or global supply chain operations.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI ...)
• Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience implementing process control strategies or automation workflows.

• Uses job schedule, plant and machine schedule and inventory systems to initiate and oversee jobs.

• Works with suppliers to ensure that purchases meet delivery date and quality specifications.
Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

• Locates and interprets walk-throughs of the consumption stream and associated provision stream.
• Identifies goals and objectives of effective supply chain management.
