**Role**
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst optimizes material flow, storage, and logistics processes. The role leads logistics planning, improves layouts and warehouse capacity, manages PFEP, and performs data‑driven analysis. It also uses SAP WM for inventory control and supports outbound logistics, standard work, cranes implementation for kitting processes, forklifts, and material‑handling equipment.
**What you'll do**
+ Design and implement strategies for material flow, storage, and POU replenishment.
+ Ensure operational availability through logistics planning and process optimization.
+ Lead logistics planning for new projects and operational changes (NPI).
+ Optimize layouts, capacity, and material flow to improve efficiency.
+ Improve external warehouse capacity by analyzing utilization and resolving bottlenecks.
+ Propose layout redesigns, storage configurations, and material‑handling strategies.
+ Coordinate with external warehouses on capacity, inventory accuracy, and improvements.
+ Maintain, update, and continuously improve the PFEP to ensure accurate material data and efficient logistics planning.
+ Develop flow maps and VSM to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Support outbound logistics processes.
+ Develop and maintain Standard Work for logistics and material handling.
+ Collaborate with operations on safe and efficient use of cranes, forklifts, and equipment.
+ Apply SFEMA principles to assess risks and improve workflow reliability.
**Education Required**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
+ Intermediate to advanced conversational English.
**Logistics Management**
+ **3+ years supporting production and warehouse logistics** , including inventory coordination, material‑flow distribution, outbound activities, and daily operational execution.
+ Advanced SAP WM proficiency (stock management, warehouse transactions, inbound/outbound flows).
+ Knowledge coordinating material movement involving cranes and forklifts.
**Planning Manufacturing Requirements (MRP)**
+ Intermediate proficiency in CREO Parametric for interpreting and adjusting 3D product designs.
+ Ability to run BOMs, review drawings, engineering changes, and product structures.
**Supply Chain Management**
+ Knowledge in end‑to‑end supply chain operations, material planning, supplier interaction.
+ Familiarity with outbound processes.
**Process Improvement**
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
+ Intermediate AutoCAD knowledge for layout planning and material‑flow diagrams.
+ Participation in continuous improvement initiatives (layout adjustments, waste reduction, Lean).
+ KPI monitoring, SFEMA analysis, and bottleneck identification.
+ Ability to develop and update Standard Work for logistics and material‑handling processes.

+ Advanced English.
+ Skilled in process automation and digitalization (Power BI, Power Apps).
