Supply Chain Planner

Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be part of the Fulfillment department supporting the Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Supply Chain Planner**
**Location: Overland Park, KS**
**Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing
+ Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize delivery schedules and resolve backorder issues
+ Analyze open order reports, monitor system integrity, and ensure adherence to SLAs
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning teams
+ Identify root causes of process failures and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields
+ Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, and data analysis
+ Understanding of supply chain systems and structures, preferably SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
