**Title: Supply Chain Planner 3** **Location: Austin, TX (Must report to AUSTIN-10900 location. Need overlap at India timing and Taiwan timing weekly twice)** **Duration: 12 months** **Chance for Extension (Y/N): Possibility (Based on budget and performance)** **Schedule: Daily Schedule & OT estimate Monday -Friday 40 Hrs CST** **Pay Rate Range:** **$32.87 - $36.21/hr** **Candidate Requirements** + **Experience** : 5–7 years overall experience in: + Supply Planning + Inventory Management + Operations / Sourcing / Manufacturing + Data Analytics and Reporting + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related fields: + Business Administration + Engineering / Industrial Engineering + Supply Chain Management / Analytics + Operations Management **Disqualifiers** + Overqualified / Senior profiles + No E&O (Excess and Obsolete) management experience + Less than 5 years of relevant experience + Poor verbal/written communication skills or attention to detail + Inability to overlap with India and Taiwan time zones at least twice a week **Top 3 Required Hard Skills** 1. Data Analytics 5+ years 2. Excel / Power BI 5+ years 3. Supply Chain Inventory Management 5+ years **Preferred Skills & Attributes (Best vs. Average)** + E&O Management Experience + Knowledge of Supply Chain & Inventory Planning + Entry Management / IBP (SAP Integrated Business Planning) + Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools + Cloud product understanding + Detail-oriented and self-managed + Strong verbal and written communication + Problem-solving and interpersonal skills + Executive-level stakeholder engagement + Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments + Previous Microsoft experience (preferred but not required) **Job Responsibilities** + Extract, consolidate, and analyze supply chain and inventory data, focusing on: + Excess and aging inventory + E&O risk + Process improvement initiatives + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on inventory risks and mitigations + Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track metrics (excess exposure $, aging, etc.) + Support automation of inventory target setting and reporting processes + Perform scenario analyses to evaluate impacts of: + Demand changes + Program cancellations + BOM/TAM adjustments + Identify and implement end-to-end process improvements in inventory management **Skills Required** + Verbal and written communication + Attention to detail and analytical thinking + Problem-solving and documentation + Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback + Strong Excel and Power BI skills + Familiarity with SAP IBP (a plus) **Performance Indicators** + Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment + Quality and accuracy of deliverables + Responsiveness to cross-functional needs + Proactiveness in identifying risk and improvement areas **To Apply:** Please attach your updated resume ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
