Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion. • Develop demand planning strategies on new and existing products as well as product phase-outs. • Develop performance metrics, drive best practices, and lead process and tool improvements that are aligned with the strategic priorities of the team. • Monitor, analyze, and communicate the impacts of changes to the demand plan with Supply Chain team partners, including Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing. • Develop standard operating procedures for demand and supply planning processes and systems for new technology platforms. • Provide recommendations for operational improvements and identify metrics/KPIs to measure impact. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
