As a **Supply Chain Manager** , you will provide strategic leadership across end-to-end supply chain operations, guiding cross-functional teams to enhance customer service, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll contribute to transformation and innovation while building scalable, efficient supply chain strategies at a company known for integrity, innovation, and involvement. **A Day in the Life** + Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including production planning, supply planning, inventory management, cycle count accuracy, and S&OP + Develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization + Partner cross-functionally with Business, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to align supply chain priorities with business objectives + Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement + Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies + Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities + Ensure effective use of ERP systems to support planning, execution, and reporting + Manage change initiatives and support supply chain transformation efforts + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners **Keys to Success** **Education** + Advanced Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience **OR** + Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience + Preferred fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline + Professional certifications preferred (APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma) **Experience** + Experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a complex environment + Minimum of 3 years of direct report leadership and team development experience + Proven success in achieving KPIs related to service levels, inventory optimization and accuracy, and cost management + Experience implementing continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives + Experience working in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries preferred + Experience managing change in dynamic, fast-paced environments **Knowledge** + Deep understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP + Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems **Skills** + Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) and advanced Excel skills + Strong project management, change management, and analytical capabilities + Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills + Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills **Abilities** + Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies + Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships + Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Ability to travel up to 10% as needed **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** + Office, Production area PPE (gowning, hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes) **Other** + Relocation assistance: Yes + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future + Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening **Compensation and Benefits** The salary range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $103,100.00–$154,700.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
