About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Supply Chain Manager


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a highly skilled team of supply chain professionals, to align and execute enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve companywide business objectivesIdentify and recommend opportunities for supply chain management, life cycle activities, new sources and technologies as business requirements evolveManage a team of category experts that have responsibility for companywide supplier initiatives, negotiations and contracting activitiesSupport governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policiesMake decisions and resolve issues regarding supply chain policies, strategies, and processes to optimize sourcing efficiencies and measure supplier performanceImplement process and management systems, maintain current understanding of various industry best practices, commodity, spend category benchmarks and supplier capabilitiesCollaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers interact directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources for Supply ChainMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Supply Chain experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

Certification in CRISC, / CISA / ISOLean, Six Sigma Black Belt Certified


Job Expectations:

Manage a team of experienced Risk professionals in completing their daily deliverablesTimely completion of assigned engagements and ensuring there are minimum outliers Past due etc.

 Strategizing the capacity Management and run seamless operations
