Supply Chain Manager
Job Title: Supply Chain ManagerJob Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with our business goals. You will forecast demand, optimize resource allocation, and advance purchasing practices to ensure quality and timely delivery. Your efforts will support our buyers in maintaining purchasing documents, including interchange records and vendor pricing updates.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, forecasting demand, and optimizing resource allocation.Advance purchasing practices to optimize economic order quantity, quality, and delivery timelines while aligning with organizational goals.Support buyers in creating and maintaining purchasing documents, including interchange records, and vendor pricing updates.Prepare and analyze reports and determine requirements for continuous improvement of inventory turnover and customer service levels.Oversee inventory cycle count process to ensure regulatory compliance.Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.Drive continuous improvement in data processes to enhance consistency, customer service, and operational efficiency.Assess and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, supplier reliability, or market volatility.
Essential SkillsExperience in supply chain management, procurement, and ERP systems.2+ years of demonstrated ERP working experience in a purchasing function.Industrial manufacturing experience.Proven leadership and organizational ability with experience managing direct reports.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Solid problem-solving approach with a strong analytical mindset.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.Good process orientation and detail focus.Results-oriented approach.
Work Environment

The position is onsite with core hours from 8am to 5pm, allowing some flexibility around start and end times. You will work within a manufacturing environment that has been recognized as a top workplace 21 times, providing a great opportunity to become well-rounded in this field.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
