The OpsTech Solutions - Supply Chain (OTS-SC) team plays a critical role in supporting Amazon's Worldwide (WW) Stores business by overseeing planning, purchasing, procuring, provisioning, assembling, shipping, deploying, and managing IT equipment. This team is responsible for facilitating new site launches, retrofits, expansions, relocations, colocations, decommissions, customer programs, and lifecycle programs.
Within this dynamic environment, the Supply Chain Mgr will play a crucial role for executing initiatives for Master Data Management, working across demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling. The role requires hands-on ownership of Data Management processes to ensure timely New Product Introduction, and Product transitions to be aligned with End of Life, End of Sale planning for products.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of supply chain expertise, data fluency, and technical acumen. Acting as a cross-functional bridge between business, operations, and technical teams, the Supply Chain Mgr will play a pivotal role in shaping how OTS-SC anticipates and meets demand with speed, precision, and agility.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives related to New Product Introduction, Product Transitions for Product Data Management within Supply Chain team.
- Optimize and manage the flow of data, information, or services within the supply chain network.
- Drive initiatives for balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks, warehouses, or logistics operations.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity.
- Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent/simplify processes to drive efficiency within Product Data Management team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, influencing and facilitating agreements to achieve shared optimization goals.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to lean philosophy at scale.
- Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to Product Data Management, driving performance improvement and efficiency in project delivery.
- Monitor and optimize metrics to ensure the smooth flow of goods or services through the supply chain network.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
