Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to join the BCA Manufacturing Support Exterior Paint Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:

Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support 787 Program OperationsIncorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributesVerifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning systemDocuments and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issuesApplies developed solutions to inventory plans, while analyzing and disposing excess and obsolete inventories, ensuring optimum inventory levelsInitiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availabilityEnsures on-time delivery; creates schedules for products and servicesCoordinates, develops, and implements process improvements such as new ordering methodologiesEnsures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulationsDemonstrates effective problem solving and time management skillsIndependent, self-motivated, with ability to prioritize critical tasks

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success3+ years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management analysis3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis/recommendations to management3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to travel domestically up to 10% may be needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with eTRAC, Order Manager, ERPLN and REDARS (or equivalent ERP/MRP systems)3+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production support3+ years of supplier management experienceEffective problem-solving and time management skills
