Overview The Director, Supply Chain Integration - Value Added Protein (VAP) is responsible for shaping and executing the long-term supply chain strategy for PepsiCo Beverages US VAP portfolio, including Muscle Milk (ultra-filtered milk) and other protein products. Partnering closely with the Sr. Manager, VAP, this role leads end-to-end program execution across a large cross-functional team to deliver innovation and commercialization, build capacity and capability, drive cost reduction, strengthen business continuity, and advance sustainability. Responsibilities Enable growth by executing PepsiCo’s innovation and commercial pipelines through end-to-end program and project management excellence, agile ways of working, and effective use of PepsiCo’s Operating Model. Serve as the Supply Chain leader for the Protein team, representing Supply Chain across business objectives and providing guidance, trade-off recommendations, and risk-based decision support. Establish strong cross-functional linkages and operating rhythms; ensure timely communication, governance, and tools/processes that enable consistent execution and results. Lead a portfolio of programs and projects across innovation, capacity/capability, and strategic supply chain initiatives—ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within agreed cost and risk parameters. Develop and implement the short-, mid-, and long-term supply chain strategy for protein products leveraging ultra-filtered milk, including sourcing, network/capacity planning, and capability development. Own integrated commercialization plans: define critical path timelines, manage dependencies, and build contingency plans to protect launch dates and service outcomes. Provide analysis and direction on supply chain feasibility, manufacturing readiness (internal and contract manufacturing), logistics implications, and service/fill-rate impact. Partner with Supply Chain Strategy, Procurement, Planning, and Replenishment to develop capacity plans and sourcing strategies aligned with growth and resiliency needs. Drive timely, high-quality decision-making across the project team and leadership forums; proactively surface risks and lead mitigation actions. Ensure effective transition from project execution to the replenishment organization, with clear handoffs, documentation, and sustained performance monitoring. Capture learnings from completed programs to improve the new product commercialization process and ways of working. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or process-oriented discipline (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science). Demonstrated experience operating within dairy manufacturing and ultra-filtered milk (UFM) supply chains, including working knowledge of pasteurized milk regulations/ordinances. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end commercialization in a cross-functional, matrix environment, partnering with R&D, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing, Planning, Sales/Commercial, Distribution, and GTM teams. Proven program/project management expertise, including leading governance/steering committees, driving clarity on actions/owners, and facilitating decisions in a matrix environment; comfortable managing conflict. Track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
