Supply Chain Implementation Lead – CPG/Retail (WMS)
**CTG is seeking to fill a Supply Chain Implementation Lead – CPG/Retail (WMS) position for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 10 months **Duties:** + Lead and implement complex supply chain transformation projects within the CPG and Retail sectors. + Serve as the overall implementation lead for large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives. + Develop and execute implementation plans, including solution design, configuration, testing, and training strategies. + Conduct client workshops, design sessions, and status meetings to gather requirements and drive alignment. + Partner with client leadership to influence key stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of solutions. + Provide hands-on leadership across warehouse design, automation, robotics, and operational readiness. + Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to deliver projects on time and within scope. **Skills:** + Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including Tier 1 or Tier 2 platforms. + In-depth knowledge of CPG and Retail supply chain and warehousing operations. + Hands-on experience with warehouse design, automation equipment, robotics, and workforce training. + Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. + Proven leadership capabilities across distributed and cross-functional delivery teams. **Experience:** + 5+ years of warehousing or supply chain consulting experience. + Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience implementing a Tier 1 or Tier 2 WMS. + Demonstrated success delivering large-scale supply chain transformations, including configuration, testing, and training. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
