Job Title: Supply Chain - ERP Support Specialist
Job Description:
Join our team as a Contract Supply Chain ERP Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in our transition from AS400 and Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion). This position is essential to ensure successful data migration, system validation, and process alignment as we move to a modern, cloud-based ERP environment. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure accurate data handling within Oracle Fusion.
Responsibilities:
Support the full data transition from AS400 and Oracle E-Business Suite into Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion).Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with new Oracle Cloud structures.Identify and resolve discrepancies between legacy data and Oracle Fusion requirements.Ensure accuracy of purchase order requirements in Oracle.Maintain correct sourcing rule assignment sets for purchased items.Update and manage the Approved Supplier List.Assist in creating views and managing planning conditions for commodities, suppliers, and replenishment types.Support procurement activities including quoting, purchase order creation, and supplier setup.Import customer forecast applications into Oracle.Ensure correct application of work definitions for Graphics Production.Partner with Warehouse, Graphics Production, and Procurement teams to ensure data alignment.Provide technical assistance to team members encountering system roadblocks.Communicate effectively with leadership to clarify requirements and mitigate risk.Essential Skills:
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion).Experience supporting ERP migrations or large-scale data transitions.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with lean manufacturing environments.Exposure to Power BI or data analysis.Background in procurement or supplier management.Ability to support data governance initiatives.Associate degree or higher (Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Business preferred).Work Environment:
The role is based in a professional office environment within our main headquarters. The workspace features an open-concept office space with individual desks or cubicles and is surrounded by the Pricing, Engineering, IT, and Operations teams. It is a quiet, computer-focused, and highly collaborative setting equipped with dual monitors, standard office equipment, and access to multiple systems. The position requires on-site work from 7 AM to 4 PM, five days a week.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
