Job Descriptions: Kratos MACH TB 2.0 Program is currently seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Supply Chain / ERP Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of our ERP system—Deltek Costpoint—with a strong emphasis on materials tracking, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP environments and supply chain operations, and be capable of contributing from day one without the need for formal training in these areas. Key Responsibilities: + Support the setup, configuration, and use of Deltek Costpoint for supply chain and materials management functions. + Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to support production planning, procurement, and material requirements. + Track material status across the supply chain, providing accurate and timely updates for both internal and external stakeholders. + Build and maintain Excel-based tools for reporting, data analysis, and gap coverage where ERP functionality requires supplementation. + Ensure the integrity and accuracy of materials data across systems and processes. + Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to align ERP usage with operational needs. + Assist with data integration, migration, and validation activities during ERP implementations and upgrades. + Identify inefficiencies in supply chain and system workflows and recommend process improvements. Required Experience: Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Deltek Costpoint in a supply chain or materials role. + Strong understanding of BOM structures, materials planning, and inventory control. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting. + Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment with minimal direction. + Effective communicator and collaborator across functions and departments.
