This is a highly critical role within our Engineered Materials supply chain and requires someone with a unique array of skillsets ranging from strong business/commercial acumen, tech savviness, a strategic/process oriented mindset, with a mature and detailed understanding of end to end supply chain. Ideally this candidate has managed an SAP S4 HANA implementation from a supply chain standpoint and digital transformation projects involving SAP S4 HANA as the ERP.
Responsibilities:YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
Detailed understanding of full end to end Supply Chain process – from Demand planning to Supply Planning to Scheduling to order fulfillment and all aspects in betweenIntegrated Supply Chain subject matter expert with the ability to model product and SAP transaction flows from an end to end SC standpointPlanning Data subject matter expert including SAP S4 as well as having a robust understanding of the Data Structure required to support digital planning solutions e.g. JDA, Blue Yonder, IBP etcCentral point of contact to functional leadership representing S&OP on Enterprise Strategic Projects Provides functional expert input to stakeholders within and outside of S&OP Qualifications:
What YOU will bring to the team:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and/or industrial engineering (or other relevant and related field)Advanced Degree in Supply Chain (or other related and relevant disciplines) a plusAPICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification a plus7+ years of hands-on experience working on transformation projects (SAP S4 centric) specifically in Process industry with continuous/repetitive production for large organizations, managing multiple SKU's sourced from multiple suppliers (internal and external)Strong knowledge of dependencies between SAP ERP and advanced planning solutions. A robust understanding/working knowledge of data-integration to and from BY to SAP ERP ECC/S4Well versed with S&OP process specifically Supply Planning process with E-2-E Planning-to-Execution cycle hand-offs with Manufacturing ExecutionExperience with SAP ERP purchasing, procurement, replenishment and production scheduling processesExperience in chemical industry preferredStrong in managing projects, creating structure and maintaining an overview.Analytical Skills including high level of proficiency in MS Excel, power BI dashboarding with strong soft skillsExperience in leading and managing cross-functional project teamsIn exchange we offer YOU the following benefits:
