A successful Supply Chain Director should have:

Proven expertise in supply chain management within the retail industry.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Experience in strategic planning and operational execution.Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain technologies.A strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
