Supply Chain Delivery Manager
Maximus
1. Assure SCP delivery and processes adhere to service scope and SubContractor agreement2. Oversee meeting of all Target Performance Levels and Quality of assessments, in co-ordination with the TPL Manager3. Enable SCPs to achieve monthly volume profile and overall contractual volumes by ensure requisite volumes are flowed through from Maximus Support Centres to SCP, and customer referrals are progressed in a timely manner by SCP4. Ensure that Maximus and SCP delivery is complementary. Build and maintain relationships with the SCPs that foster a collaborative approach, sharing good practice and a ensuring a drive for continuous improvement across all aspects of performance5. Support/coach under-performing supply chain partners to improve any aspect of under-performance vs. expectation, including through the formal Rectification Plan Process6. Act as a conduit between Maximus and SCPs, providing regular performance updates, issuing of formal notifications and communications and delivery of responses7. Demonstrates behaviour that creates a culture aligning to the Maximus values of Accountability, Compassion, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Innovation and Respect
