Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Duties:Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules with vendors and internal teams.Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms when necessary.Accounting & Invoice Duties:Review and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.Resolve discrepancies between invoices and received goods/services.Code and enter invoices into the accounting system.Assist with month-end closing by preparing invoice reports and reconciliations.Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice corrections.Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of supply chain operations and basic accounting principles.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.Preferred Experience:2–4 years in supply chain or logistics coordination.1–2 years of experience handling accounts payable or invoice processing.Familiarity with three-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt).

This is a 4 month contract position based out of Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
