Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator who is a quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. The primary focus will be entering Purchase Order (PO) receipts and providing supporting data entry for the team.

ResponsibilitiesEnter Purchase Order (PO) receipts into the system with high accuracy.Provide ongoing data entry support for team members.Assist with duplicate data entries currently being managed by the team to streamline workflow.Follow standard procedures and adapt quickly to established processes.Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Identify and escalate any data discrepancies or issues promptly.
Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.Quick learner who is comfortable with repetitive tasks.Ability to multitask and stay organized.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with IBM systems is a plus.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or data tools is helpful.Experience in data entry, admin support, or clerical roles.Exposure to purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Work Environment

This position is onsite in a corporate setting, offering the potential to transition to a full-time role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cordova, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
