About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing company in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focusedOrder Management Specialistto join their Supply Chain team. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent benefits starting day one and strong potential for career advancement. The position is open due to an internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders using SAP ERP and respond to inquiries via email.Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing.Resolve customer issues by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of orders, accounts, and communications.Support logistics by booking shipments and coordinating freight invoice payments.Track export shipments and update ERP system accordingly.Fulfill documentation requests and assist with cross-functional supply chain tasks.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Order Entry, Supply Chain, or Administrative roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).Experience with SAP ERP is a strong plus.Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.Stable work history with demonstrated reliability.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
