Qualifications
We require a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Biology, Psychology, or related field with 1-3 years of Order Entry, Administrative, OR Supply Chain related experience is preferred.
International and SAP experience is a plus.

Description
• Processes orders in the ERP system and responds to questions. Prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinates internal and external resources to manage orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
•Communicates unit price, inventory availability, and delivery details.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; monitoring the investigation to determine root cause and corrective action; communicating the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•Maintains customer accounts by recording requirements and documenting interactions.
•Meets or exceeds performance objectives which drive Customer Experience.
•Cultivates partnership with sales focused on customer relationship management.
•Interacts globally with vendors, internal partners, and customers daily via email - This role has MINIMAL phone work
-Processing orders in ERP system (SAP) and responding to questions via email
•Coordinates internal and external resources to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor the investigation to determine root cause and corrective action; communicate the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
•Update accounts, orders, and complaints, and communicate with the correct team member/dept after investigating
•Meet and or exceed the expectations of all parties involved in the process to the final destination
•Support Logistics function by booking inbound/outbound shipments as needed.
-Coordinate freight invoice payment with our third-party partner.
· Fulfill customer requests for documentation.
· Track export shipments and provide updates in ERP system.
· Support the function of all roles within the Supply Chain/CS departments.
Hours:
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
