Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and logging daily invoices, verifying essential documents and photos, maintaining allowances and tariff relief, and coordinating with vendors to update purchase orders. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. Responsibilities + Review and log daily invoices, averaging 100 invoices per week. + Verify the presence of the 8-point checklist and container photos. + Maintain Defective Allowance and Tariff Relief. + Send reroute requests to vendors and repull updated purchase orders to resend back. Essential Skills + Experience in supply chain management. + Ability to review and log daily invoices efficiently. + Knowledge of purchasing processes. + Attention to detail in verifying checklists and container photos. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a rapidly growing luxury brand furniture retailer is a plus. + Comfortable working with cutting-edge technology. Work Environment This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule.
