We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Consultant to optimize and enhance our supply chain operations. This role involves evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that improve cost-effectiveness, service levels, and overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze supply chain data and workflows to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and IT.Recommend and deploy technology solutions to streamline operations.Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Support change management initiatives and train staff on new processes.Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience (3+ years) in supply chain consulting or related roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $68.00/hr.
