Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support the Cath Lab by ensuring the department is consistently stocked with the supplies necessary for smooth clinical operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting clinical staff, and contributing to an efficient, well-organized environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and place inventory orders for the Cath Lab through the organization’s ERP system, ensuring all essential items are available when needed.Monitor stock levels proactively to prevent shortages and maintain optimal inventory levels.Receive, organize, and properly store incoming supplies within the department according to established protocols.Collaborate with clinical and support teams to address supply needs and resolve inventory discrepancies.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant storage area that meets safety and regulatory standards.Essential Skills

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. Employees are expected to dress in comfortable clothes and shoes, as they will be on their feet. Clothing should be free of rips or signs of wear. The position is within a major hospital, offering opportunities for upward growth within the organization.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
