As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain and procurement processes. You will collaborate with the planning department to expedite orders and maintain a constant flow in production, while efficiently handling administrative tasks and managing vendor-related functions.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with the planning department to expedite orders and manage inventory for a continuous production flow.
+ Process general administrative tasks as directed.
+ Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, processing requests, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries promptly.
+ Set up new vendors and update current vendor details, including addresses and contact information.
+ Report activities to support tactical procurement and business operations.
+ Provide first-line system support for external supplier partners facing data issues.
+ Educate employees in the system and create training materials.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in supply chain management.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems.
+ Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience within supply chain operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from top supply chain programs is preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability to manage various tasks efficiently. You will use advanced ERP systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel, to perform your duties effectively. The role involves standard office hours with a business casual dress code.

This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
