Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Associate to join our team and support our operations. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage our Bill of Materials (BOMs) with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Utilize Excel to manage and work through the Bill of Materials (BOM).Receive updates from purchasing, inventory, or engineering and apply them to the BOMs.Create BOMs from the drawing package.Manage BOMs that can range from 50 to 500 rows with meticulous attention to detail.Handle additional responsibilities as needed, such as checking on materials and following up with vendors.

Essential Skills

Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in performing LOOKUPS.High attention to detail.Good communication skills.Interest in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills.Experience using an ERP tool.Previous experience within Supply Chain.

Work Environment

This position requires working 100% in the office. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
